All family ADSL packages are up to 8Mbps downstream speed, up to 448kbps upstream speed.

Our Business packages meet the needs of business customers requiring generous monthly allowances, traffic prioritisation and business friendly bandwidth allowance times.  Business packages include Elevated Best Efforts (EBE) where available, which guarantees a minimum throughput of 3 Mbps over the BT network subject to line sync rate.  The speed achieved depends upon the uality of the line. Where EBA is not available the business package will provide an increased upload of up to 832kbps upstream through the use of MAX premium circuits.

If your local telephone exchange has been upgraded to support ADSL2+ we can offer broadband packages with potential downstream connections of up-to-24Mbps and upstream speeds of up-to-1.4Mbps - speeds will be dependent upon the quality and length of your telephone line.

As with all ADSL services, at very busy times the downstream throughput may fluctuate. Performance of the Internet and 3rd party servers cannot be guaranteed and may also limit throughput below the indicated modem speed.
