When you are ready to order download the order form and return to us. All contracts are a minumum of three months with a cancellation charge of £50.00 if under 12 months.
Email accounts can be setup with SWBB or the ADSL packages include 5 addresses with spam and virus filtering. On business accounts 25 addresses are included and delivery can be by SMTP or POP3. Webmail is also available for Home accounts or businesses using POP3.
All our packages have a static IP address for ease of management. All accounts come with a static IP address with the option of purchasing further.
Customers migrating in from another ISP need to obtain a MAC code from their current service provider.
You may not be able to use Broadband on your home phone line if you have any of the following:
* Light User Scheme (LUS)
* In Contact
* BT Highway
* BT Pay & Call
* ISDN lines
* Payphone lines
* Low Loss lines
* Some Alarm lines (redcare is now compatible)
* Calls and Access lines
* Switchboards
